Cancellation policy
Purchase Cancellation for Petals in Post Subscriptions:
Because each print is custom-produced and mailed shortly after your billing date, we do not offer refunds on monthly subscriptions once charged. Once canceled, the cancelation will be in effect for the following billing cycle.
For multi-month subscriptions (3, 6, or 12 months), you may request a partial refund after receiving your first print — within 7 days of delivery. A $5 handling fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original form of payment.
