What is Petals in Post?

Petals in Post is a monthly art subscription that brings a bit of the
garden to your mailbox. Each month, you'll receive a 5x7 floral watercolor
print (printed on real watercolor paper), a seed info card with growing tips,
and a personal letter — all wrapped in vellum and sent with a first-class
stamp.

When will I get my first print?

If you join by the 18th of the month, you'll receive that month's print.
Orders placed after the 18th will receive the following month's print. All
prints ship the last week of the month (between the 25th–28th).

Is shipping included?

Yes — shipping is included for all U.S. orders. International orders have
a flat rate of $2/month.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes! You can purchase 3, 6, or 12-month subscriptions as gifts. We'll
send a gift announcement card in the mail to the recipient (before Christmas
for holiday orders). Ongoing gifts include the same monthly package: a print,
seed card, and letter.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes — you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. If you
cancel after a payment has processed, that month’s print will still be mailed,
but you won’t be charged again.

What if I miss a month?

Each month’s print is only available for a limited time, but we do offer
a small number of extras for past months — perfect for catching up or gifting a
favorite. These are available as “print only” (no extras) in the shop while
supplies last.

Will I get anything extra on my
birthday?

If your birthday month falls within your subscription, you'll receive a
special surprise print and a few saved seeds from the Tending Wild garden —
just for you.

How long does shipping take?

U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 days. International shipping may take
up to 21 days. All mail is sent via USPS first class (no tracking).

Can I change my address or billing
info?

Yes! Subscribers can manage their info through the customer portal.
You'll receive access to this after signing up.

Does my subscription auto-renew?

It depends — all monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
For prepaid 3-, 6-, or 12-month subscriptions, you will be notified the last month of your subscription
with renewal information & special discount, should you choose renew.
